BERNADETTE FOGARTY IS A QUALIFIED MIDWIFE AND NURSE. SHE IS ALSO A REGISTERED PERSONAL TRAINER SPECIALISING IN ANTENATAL / POSTNATAL FITNESS AND WELL-BEING. SHE ESTABLISHED PHYS-OGUE IN 2010.

PHYS-OGUE IS AN INDEPENDENT FITNESS AND WELL-BEING SERVICE FOR WOMEN EMBARKING UPON MOTHERHOOD AND AIMS TO PROVIDE UNIQUELY ENABLING PROGRAMMES BASED ON SOUND ADVICE AND HEALTH GUIDANCE.
